South Kihei Attractions & Activities

But the same conditions make Kamaole III, a bit farther down the road, attractive to bodyboarders when the rough waters are best navigated by squat, rectangular boards. Kamaole III has more facilities than the other two beaches and so attracts sizable crowds especially on the weekends when the locals come out in full force and enjoy the large lawn ideal for picnics.
