Maui does food right. Meals are local, fresh and sustainably sourced. Come experience Maui Chef’s Table, a unique culinary experience sure to impress. The event explores modern tastes of the island’s local and organic produce and protein. Attendees will receive seven unique courses. Tickets are available for Saturday, March 18th, Friday, March 24th and Friday, March 31st. The event is from 6-9 p.m. so be sure to save your appetite for dinner!
Maui Chef’s Table will take place on the beautiful grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation. You may want to get here early just to walk around the grounds, which are absolutely phenomenal. The Mill House restaurant is located directly below the West Maui Mountains providing for a spectacular view.
Aside from the delicious food, the best part of this event is the open-air concept. Watch chef’s as they create their masterpieces. Executive Chef Jeff Scheer is responsible for creating the innovative teams at each event. Past events have featured Rosanna Ha formerly of Mourad and Boulevard in San Francisco and Tak Toride formerly of Morimoto Maui.
The event is interactive so feel free to ask questions about ingredients or the inspiration behind a dish. This event is perfect for friends and family. It is also a common destination for honeymooners or anniversaries. Wine, beer and specialty cocktails will be available for purchase during the dinner.
This event does not accommodate dietary requests as each dish is created from scratch, often selected hours before the event. Book your tickets well in advance. If you have over six people in your party, call to book a table at (808) 270-0303 or email Chef’s Table at answers@millhousemaui.com.
