Maui Vacation Rentals

In January I gave you a written tour of four of our excellent Maui Condos with units available for vacation rentals. Of course, we have rentals available at many different resorts, there are just too many for a single blog, too many even for two blogs.
So here are a few more of our excellent accommodations on Maui. Look forward to another installment in the future!
As a general rule of thumb, rentals in North Kihei are more economical than those further south. Kihei Bay Vista was completed in 1989, more recently than most nearby resorts. This tropical retreat is directly across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park where an ancient Hawaiian fishpond creates a tranquil cove for swimmers. The buildings are arranged around a well kept putting green, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and shaded picnic area. Each one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a convertible couch in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. Every unit has high speed wireless internet, AC in the living room, and a full kitchen. Half of the units are on the second floor, accessible by a flight of covered stairs. We manage six units in this complex; starting at just $89 per night, with unobstructed views across the street of a sandy beach and the ocean these condos are one of the best deals in Maui.
The Kamaole Sands Resort, across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, is also laid out around a courtyard with a pool, picnic area, BBQ grills, and four tennis courts. However, Kamaole Sands is a much larger resort than Kihei Bay Vista. Each of the Kamaole Sands building is five stories tall. Vacation rentals on the first three floors have one bedroom and two bathrooms; these units comfortably sleep four adults. Fourth floor units feature an additional loft area for 2 additional guests. This resort in the heart of Kihei is minutes from dozens of restaurants and a handful of Maui's best beach parks. The views of Maui from the fourth floor lanais are spectacular. One bedroom units start at $124/night and two bedroom units start at $179/night.
The Maui Kamaole, just south of Kamaole Sands has only a third of the units of Kamaole Sands. The buildings are arranged in small clusters around multiple garden areas, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and lots of BBQ grills. Like the Kamaole sands, the upstairs units have a second bedroom in the loft area. First floor units sleep four adult guests, second floor units can accommodate six guests. Ground units have large, private lanais ideal for a quite breakfast in or enjoying the cool evening air after a day golfing in Wailea or at the beach. To the north this resort overlooks Kamaole Beach Park III, to the south is a view of the Kihei Boat Ramp. Between the park and the ramp is a web of footpaths which lead to the park; it's the perfect place to start and end a lovely jog along Kihei's coast for runners staying at the Maui Kamaole. Our condos at the Maui Kamaole start at $159 per night.
The Grand Champions in Wailea are surrounded by the Wailea Blue Golf Course. Don't let the photos fool you, these condos are only a short walk from three of Wailea's lovely white sand beaches. The golf course slopes gently down to Wailea Alanui Dr. and as you face the Shops at Wailea to the right are Ulua and Mokapu Beach Parks, to the left is the luxurious Wailea Beach Park and the Grand Wailea. If you are up for some pampering, make an appointment at their world class day spa. The Grand Champions features all of the perks of the fabulous resorts in Wailea for a fraction of the cost. Our units are available starting at $199 per night.
